Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this site, operated by Klughaus Ingeniería SpA (Nautilus). The site presents Nautilus, a neural CFD surrogate, and includes an interactive flow simulation for demonstration purposes. By using the site you accept these terms.
Use of the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, extract data by mass automated means, or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
The site’s content —texts, design, logos, trademarks, images and software— belongs to Klughaus Ingeniería SpA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. NVIDIA, PhysicsNeMo, DGX Spark and Dell are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or reuse the content without prior written permission.
The site’s simulation and its figures
The simulation on the home page is a generic fluid solver running in your browser for demonstration purposes: it is not Nautilus, it represents no customer geometry, and its readings are not engineering results. Nautilus figures that have not been measured yet are explicitly marked “not measured”.
Nautilus does not replace the solver or certify results; final validation belongs to the reference solver and the lab.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Links to other sites
The site links to tribucorp.cl and to NVIDIA sites. Those sites have their own terms and policies, which we recommend you review. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
Governing law
