What data we collect

This site has no forms and no user accounts. We only process the data you choose to send us by email: your name, your organisation, your email address and whatever you write in the message.

The flow simulation on the home page is computed in your browser and sends nothing to our servers. Our infrastructure provider logs minimal technical data (IP address, browser type) for security. We do not collect sensitive data, we use no advertising-tracking cookies or web analytics, and we do not buy third-party databases. See the Cookie Policy for details.

For what purpose

Data is processed exclusively to:

Answer your enquiry and follow it up commercially.

Assess with you whether Nautilus fits your case and prepare a proof of concept.

Keep the site secure and working properly.

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, we do not sell or transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes, and we make no automated decisions that affect you based on it.

Who we share data with

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where strictly necessary to operate the site —for example the hosting, connectivity and security provider (Cloudflare) and the email service— or where there is a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority. A customer’s simulation data, where it exists, is governed by the contract with that customer and not by this policy. We do not share your data with other companies of the TribuCorp ecosystem unless legally required.

Your rights

We protect your data under Chilean Law No. 21,719, which modernises and replaces the regime of Law 19,628 and comes fully into force on 1 December 2026. This law grants you the following rights:

Access

know which of your data we process.

Rectification

correct it if it is wrong or inaccurate.

Erasure

ask us to delete it.

Objection

ask us to stop using it for a given purpose.

Portability

receive your data in a structured format.

Temporary blocking

suspend processing while a request is resolved.

You can exercise any of these rights through the Right to Erasure page, or by writing to contacto@tribucorp.cl. We will answer within 30 business days (extendable once by another 30 business days if justified); temporary blocking requests are resolved within 2 business days. Exercising these rights is free of charge. The supervisory authority is Chile’s Personal Data Protection Agency (APDP), with which you may lodge a complaint if you are not satisfied with our answer.

If you access the site from other markets, the LGPD (Brazil, art. 18) and the GDPR (European Union, art. 17, right to erasure) also apply, as appropriate.

Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data: encrypted transmission over HTTPS and authenticated access to internal systems. No system is completely infallible, but we treat your data with the same care we give our customers’ simulation runs.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page and change the “last updated” date, which always reflects the version in force.
