Right to Erasure and Data Deletion

What is this page?

Chilean Law No. 21,719 grants everyone the right to control their personal data and requires a visible channel to exercise it. This page is that channel: here you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data you have shared with Nautilus, for example by emailing us.

What you can request

The rights the law grants you are:

Access

know which of your data we process.

Rectification

correct it if it is wrong or inaccurate.

Erasure

ask us to delete it.

Objection

ask us to stop using it for a given purpose.

Portability

receive your data in a structured format.

Temporary blocking

suspend processing while a request is resolved.

How to request it

Write to contacto@tribucorp.cl stating your name, your ID document, the right you want to exercise and the details of your request. The button below opens an email with those fields already prepared:

Response times

We will answer your request within 30 business days at most, extendable once by another 30 business days when complexity justifies it. Temporary blocking requests are resolved within 2 business days. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

If you are not satisfied

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to complain to Chile’s Personal Data Protection Agency (APDP), the supervisory body created by Law 21,719.
